Positive Thinking Impacts on Health

You might not think so, but regular positive thinking will help you deal with day by day challenges of life more easily, and will lead the opportunity to be brighter and more promising.

Positive thinking sounds helpful on the face. Positive thinking is also a flexible and downy term that is easy to dismiss. In the real world, it seldom carries the same weight as words like work ethic or resolution

Remember, positive thinkers see the solutions, not just the troubles. When you get beyond things and focus on the solution, you’re with a reduction of likely to stress about it. The best thing about positive thinking is that it helps one to defeat pressure.

It is really important to train your mind before you train your body. The commitment of mind is extremely essential as it affects your mood, emotions and behavior.

Talking about behavior, it is a basic need for a person to have a sound mind in a sound body. Now this statement illustrates that a person needs to strike a balance between the two variables because they are impactful on the an individual. Just having fitness doesn’t produce an impact on a person, a person needs to revitalize his mind and his thoughts in order to shape himself completely.
Having an imbalance in mind could result in not having fitness at all. If your mind is not acceptable for dedicating time and consistency to your fitness, it is quite impossible for a person to develop himself.
In accordance to the topic, these are the primary factors an individual needs to have in mind and in order to develop and incorporate consistency and momentum for fitness. The factors include,

1.     Sound mind.

2.     Defined Thoughts.

3.     Balance of thought process and fitness.

  2. Absolutely on point!
I would like to add something. The best way to be at peace with the outer world is to maintain the peace of mind and in order to do so a person should adopt the 5 great qualities of a pencil ( shared by Paulo Coelho in his book "like a flowing river)
    1. A pencil has great capabilities but is always dependent on the one holding and guiding it. That hand in our lives in God and we should always have firm faith in HIM.
    2. Just as a pencil has to be sharpened to give better performance, we have to go through hard phases to become a better version of us
    3. Every mistake commited by a pencil can be erased by an eraser. Similarly in our lives the mistakes can be corrected
    4. A pencil leaves a mark whereever it goes and so do we. We should be cautious of all our actions.
    5. Its the graphite of the pencil that matters not the outer wooden body. Similarly its our core that matters not the appearances

(All these aspects if taken care of will help us in gaining mental stability that in turn would optimize of thought process and will ultimately attract all the good things as depicted by law of attraction)
