INCORPORATING CONSISTENCY AND TRUSTING THE PROCESS

When it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals or any goal for that matter, being consistent with the positive changes you make to your lifestyle are key. Fitness is a journey. You have to consistently always be fit. I am of the opinion that the fight to stay consistent first begins in the way to deal with accomplishing your objective.  It’s not about the events, it’s not about intensity, it’s about consistency. It takes consistency to master the art of setting goals and hence yields results. It sets you on a path that can change your life forever.

Consistency develops routines and builds momentum. It forms habits that become almost second nature. It allows you to focus on what you want. Focusing on a goal and working towards it every day allows you to utilize the power of intention. That focus yields exponential growth and results. You need to do something every day in order to be great at it. Building mental and physical toughness through consistency brings the power to change lives. It helps you focus on the process and not just the end goal.


Acquiring your fitness objectives has a great deal to do with confiding in your journey and having confidence in yourself. Trusting the process plays a huge part in enhancing your endeavors. You should have persistence and be determined in what you do. It's an unquestionable requirement that you put in the work and work hard to get results. Adhere to a sound timetable and keep up consistency as long as possible. The process is something you need to focus on. Often we look at the end goal which you constantly have to have in mind but you have to enjoy the process. If you don’t enjoy every day then it’s not going to be worth it in the end.
