Planning a meal is one thing that everyone says that it will change your life and say goodbye! to food stress its another thing to make it happen but meal planning isn't hard to adopt once you create meal plans its just take some practice and time here some ways to create meal plan that really works

  • Make Time To Make Meal Plan That Work:

Grab your phone or laptop find a pen and paper go to kitchen give yourself 30 to 60 mins to make a good meal plan and grocery list for week 

  • Check Your Calendar:
See what events are coming up and plan ahead you might need to have double recipes to feed whole family for busy days and nights when you have commitments

  • Talk To People You Are Cooking For:
   Get some input from others too on upcoming meals look for recipes online and if you are splitting up responsibilities for cooking make sure each chef is on board what they will be making for next upcoming weeks

  • Consult Your Budget:

If it helps breaks your monthly budget to weekly for example if you are spending 10,000/- per month for 4 people who's gonna eat whole month so that's mean 2500/- per week just check if you are spending more then this then you should tighten up your budget this will save your money plus you will be saved from unhealthy food 

  • Look Into Pantry, Fridge & Freezer:

   Look into pantry and freezer if something gonna expire soon then make sure to use them before spoils save food and save money!

  • Look On Discounts & Focused On Grocery List:

Look on discounts while shopping and stay focused on grocery list and try to organize list according to store sections and try to look all around store maybe something you see can be used but you didn't remember
