5 WAYS TO STAY FIT DURING QUARANTINE
It's hard to stay fit or maintain yourself when you're quarantined now and everything is happening from home, mostly from bed. Quarantine has been good for the kitchen and bad for the shape for most of the people Also the will to workout is zero to none because gyms are closed and working at home is kind of weird but we need to get used to it so there are couple of ways and tips that can help you in motivating to workout
1. DOWNLOAD FITNESS APP
Fitness app would help you in keeping track of your fitness goals. It will send you workout ideas and tutorials that will motivate you to workout. It will also help you in monitoring your everyday diet, will let you update on your calories intake. You should also set some realistic goals and targets after that you can check the progress on the application. There are tons of apps out there including fitness bands, check their reviews on youtube and go for it!
2. MAKE GYM AT HOME
Invest in some essential gym equipments like Exercise Mat, Dumbbells, Jump Rope, Workout Bench, Pull-up Bar, and Kettlebell and you're ready to go. It's good to have all these equipments around so you can easily do any exercise or full body workout. There's literally no disadvantage of having gym at home, i can state advantages of it whole day but some major benefits of having gym at home are:
- Saves Time. You can hit gym anytime with full privacy in controlled and comfortable environment.
 - Saves Money. It saves your gas and gym membership money.
 
3. JOIN ONLINE SESSIONS
Since most of our time is spent in front of laptops or mobilephones so you should follow any athlete or trainer who will inspire you and will help in motivating. Follow them on their socials like watch their snapchat stories, watch them on instagram feed, you will probably learn alot of things by just doing this one step. Almost all trainers are now offering online workout sessions and many of them are free of cost so take advantage of it and join any of them.
4. EAT HEALTHY
Unfortunately in quarantine none of us are following any routine or any diet plan. The temptation to eat junk food hits you strongly almost everyday since we are getting lazier and don't want to go to kitchen and make a proper meal but we need to keep it together. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to make meal that takes your whole day, just make sure that you eat something nutritious
5. SLEEP WELL
Just because you don't have to be up at 8am for college or office doesn't mean that you can stay up all night binge-watching shows. You should make a routine and follow it religiously. Get proper sleep and use time productively, sort out the chaos you're living in right now and use that time in learning new hobbies, reading new books and sleep well.
