5 AT HOME WORKOUTS YOU CAN DO
You dont need a high end gym to get the body you want.
During times like these its necessary to use whatever resources we have in order to achieve our goals.
We cant let a little virus ruin our routine!
You might be thinking now that you're locked inside with no access to your gym you are limited and your options have run out. But that is not the case. By just using your body weight you can achieve your goals. Whether its gaining muscle or just trying to maintain your body. Body weight exercises can help with cardio and building strength.
Here are some exercises you can do at home with just your body weight:
1. Cardio burnout and Lower body workout
A lower abdominal routine paired up with some high intensity cardio. You can start off with your regular ab routine, such as crunches and planks. Add a high intensity cardio such as jogging along with a corkscrew plank variation.
2. 15-Minute HIIT Workout
A High-intensity interval training usually includes alot of jumping. This can help you create endurance and leave an impact on your body resulting in challenge for your body.
3. Full-Body Cardio
A cardio routine that aims your entire body? Yes that exists. This entire circuit includes exercises that not only targets your core but muscles you never thought you were using in this cycle. Whether its leg squat pulses,tuck-ups, and froggers. This routine only toughens up after ever cycle so be sure to take enough breaks and keep sipping on that water!
4. Plank-Based Workout
One of the best workouts to train your arms at home, and yes we said 'arms' in a plank routine. This workout starts with skaters to get the blood pumping, and then moves to the floor with push-up, shoulder tap, and plank forearm reach.
A good plank routine to follow
5. An Abs Workout
A golden opportunity for those at homes is that they can work their abs at any place at any time without having to worry about who is watching. Following a challenging and strong routine can help bring you the confidence you need to get back into shape for that perfect toned summer body. Or maybe to just look good in your favorite dress.
Love this, now I know what I'll be doing during this quarantine
