Fitness Pal app in my opinion is one of the most versatile application there exists in the application world regarding health as it is flexible between health and diet variables. It not only calculates the diet or what you consume but it also keeps track of your fitness or any exercise you exert and provides you with weekly and monthly reports of your progress.
